New administration

Founded in 2013, Génirom established a new managament in 2016. Genirom’s new administration is both conservative on certain aspects of the company, such as on building inspections and innovative in terms of complementary services and technology.
The new president of the company, Mr. Martin Gauthier brings a unique background of experience in property management to Génirom. Namely, his 20 years of experience in operations management, assets management and engineering specifically preventive and corrective building maintenance. These become additional assets to Génirom expertise.

An interdisciplinary expert, Mr. Gauthier, ing. is a graduate of Concordia’s Faculty of Civil Engineering, Civil and Environmental Engineering, and holds an MBA in Real Estate at the Université du Québec à Montréal (Claire Ivanhoé Cambridge of Real Estate). As a real-estate expert, he is also a member of several relevant board of directors such as the Quebec Landlords Corporation (CORPIQ).

our engineers are associates

As a member of the Quebec Order of Engineers, Quentin Perrier is a civil engineering graduate of the “École Spéciale des Travaux Publics, du Bâtiment et de l’Industrie de Paris”.

Quentin joined Génirom in 2016 as a project manager and has been admitted as an associate engineer with our firm in 2017. Prior to his experience with Génirom, Quentin exercised his skills as a civil and building engineer in Paris, France between 2013 and 2016.

Quentin has performed hundreds of inspections and expertises on high rise buildings envelopes, multilevel garages and underground structures within the framework of the BCSC.
